I chose to draw the faces of people whose work and actions have not only impacted millions of people but especially changed my life for the better. Asian Americans have had a significant impact on all of our lives and we are mostly unaware. I wanted to honor those people, who I consider personal heroes. Pictured in drawing: Chloe Zhao, Grace Lee Boggs and Yuri Kochiyama.
