As an artist, I express myself through integrating the nostalgia of my childhood growing up in Kansas with my Hindu-Bengali heritage. These illustrations capture the final moments of Karna, the rival of Arjuna and the Pandavas brothers. For those unfamiliar with the story, Karna was the long-lost brother of the Pandavas and became their sworn enemy in adulthood.
